Generously sized to comfortably accommodate most shoe sizes, the vibration platform is lined with a textured, nonslip material for greater traction. The 20” by 12” vibrating platform is 4” high and securely rests on four, non-marking feet for added stability.

Displayed on a bright LCD screen, the vibration platform features five pre-programmed, ten-minute sessions that vary in speed or choose a session set at one of the 180 vibration speeds available. A user-friendly remote control allows users to easily increase and decrease the vibrating speed for a personalized workout session.

Anchoring to the base of the vibration fitness platform, two resistance bands provide upper body workouts and increase stability. Each resistance band is topped with a soft foam handle for a secure, yet comfortable grip.
